Neurodiversity
Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy
I also work with ADHD, AuDHD, autistic, PDA-profiled, and other neurodivergent adults, as well as parents and families navigating neurodiverse dynamics.
This work focuses on understanding your neurobiology, supporting nervous system regulation, and developing strategies that work with — rather than against — the way your mind operates.
Therapy provides space to reduce overwhelm, feel understood, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and authentic.
Infertility & Perinatal Health
The journey to parenthood is not always straightforward. Experiences surrounding infertility, pregnancy, and early motherhood can bring a complex mix of hope, grief, and uncertainty.
I offer a compassionate space where these emotions can be explored openly and without judgment. Together we work to process the emotional challenges that may arise during fertility treatments, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, or the many unexpected paths to becoming a parent.
